Radar Run Track is in
It was an amazing day out, so we trundled on down to the 7th line and measurement and staked out the radar run track. The base is really crusty and well packed, and with more snow coming (fingers crossed!) the track will be fantastic. It is laid out so we can move guys quickly to the line...4 "gates" each one going once the gun reads the previous runs top speed. Snow fence goes in tomorrow to separate the staging area from the entrance.

Snow is coming!!! And so are Alliston Radar Runs!
Once upon a time, there were some great radar runs in Alliston. A few years ago, they were discontinued when the farm they were held on became a tree farm.
We have decided to bring back a day of Radar Runs to central Ontario! If the response is good, it will continue as an annual event.
They will be held Sunday, January 19, 2012 across from Earl Rowe Park in Alliston.
With the current conditions we have been given, we cannot make an ice track this year, we will have a 1000' packed snow track, with 1000'+ of run off room. The field is very flat, and the location close to Alliston makes it easily accessible for those in the GTA.
$30 to run all Day
Event is fully insured with Jones Brown
600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000+ classes
300+, 400+, 500+ Vintage Classes
